Hello,
Has the recipe been modified? Is the rennet used for this cheese vegetable-based?
Hello Omr, thank you for your request and for your patience in taking the time to investigate. We are pleased to confirm that the recipe has not been modified. Our Raccard contains no animal rennet. It is manufactured using microbial rennet. We hope you find this information useful. Sincerely, your M-Infoline team

Where does raclette come from? Switzerland Ok, but where exactly?
Hello Jackisback, the cheese is made from milk sourced from IP-Suisse farmers throughout Switzerland. Sincerely, your M-Infoline team
Perfect, thank you, so for more than 2-3 weeks the producers have not been able to produce, which would explain the empty shelves?
Hi Jackisback,At the beginning of June, we implemented a new system to further improve our processes: Unfortunately, this change has led to logistical challenges, which is why some dairy products are currently unavailable. Due to high demand and in combination with these logistical obstacles, isolated and temporary disruptions may occur. At present, it is not possible to make any reliable statements about the duration of the problem. Our IT specialists are working hard to restore the situation as quickly as possible. Sincerely, your M-Infoline team
Thank you for your comments. It's clear that Migros isn't getting any better...probably due to something other than competition...😉

Has the cheese changed not only in the packaging but also in the recipe? It no longer tastes good :-(
Hello MrsMeier, thank you for your request. The recipe has not been changed. Cheese is a natural product made by hand. It is therefore possible that quality fluctuations may occur during production. You are welcome to contact us at migros@m-infoline.ch if you have any further questions. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Unfortunately I find that this cheese is not very regular, it's always a bit of a lottery.
Hello gregmin
Many thanks for your comment
We are sorry that you are not satisfied with our Raccard Tradition Maxi Block. Without knowing the M-Data of the product, it is unfortunately not possible for us to check the control samples to try to determine the origin of the quality discrepancy.
As cheese is a natural product, slight fluctuations in taste and consistency are always possible. Despite the strict and regular controls we carry out, it may still happen that a few pieces of slightly divergent quality are delivered to us.
We hope you understand and look forward to welcoming you back to your Migros or Migipedia.
Best regards
Your M-Infoline team
