Hello AndreG_74, thank you for your question. We are happy to provide you with the information. In a bain-marie: place the closed bag in simmering water for approx. 1 hour (80 - 90° C). Microwave: slice the ham, place on a plate, top with a little white wine or stock and reheat, covered, for 2-3 minutes (600 W). With best regards, your M-Infoline team
