dear migi would it be possible to offer a cleaning stone without plastic packaging (e.g. cardboard)? would it be possible to produce a hand wash without soap (analogous to handy), but syndet in solid form? that would be fantastic. you now have a large selection of solid syndet shampoos, solid face syndets and solid syndet shower gels, thank you very much for that.

the biggest plastic waste I have (had) is with the above-mentioned products, now I'm just missing the washing-up liquid, then I would be almost completely plastic-free, yay :-D (a ph-balance hand cream/face cream in solid form would be sensational... but that still seems to be difficult to produce...) thank you and best regards piamia

Is the product also suitable for glass ceramic surfaces?

Hello georg-walter, thank you for your inquiry. We are happy to inform you that you can also use the cleaning stone on glass ceramic surfaces. This is how it works: moisten the sponge, rub it in the container, clean the surfaces, rinse thoroughly with clean water and wipe or dry if necessary. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Why is the product labeled "Contributes to the production of certified sustainable palm oil"? Does it contain palm oil? I would find that very questionable, especially for the Migros Plus label, where I don't want any such ingredients (not even certified ones)

Hello bluerouse, thank you for your question. A significant proportion of the ingredients in our Migros-Plus products are of European origin. These are mainly surfactants, solvents and additives. Plant material from Europe is processed in European factories to produce these ingredients. The manufacturers confirm this with a certificate or a written declaration. We are working with our partners to constantly increase the content of plant-based ingredients of European origin. We also use surfactants based on palm oil and/or palm kernel oil in our detergents and cleaning agents. We have certificates for the palm oil and palm kernel oil we use, similar to CO2 certificates. These confirm that the quantities we process are provided by a producer from sustainable sources on the market. You can find more information at the Generation M link: https://generation-m.migros.ch/de/nachhaltige-migros/hintergruende/rohstoffe-sortiment/palmoel.html. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
