You can tell it's a protein bar because the filling is slightly "sandy". The crunchy coating is reminiscent of Kinderbueno and tastes really delicious. I think it's a shame that the bar is not vegetarian (beef collagen). I only realized this after buying the bar and will therefore not buy it again...
