Is the pan pfas and ptfe free?
Hello ButterEule, thank you for your inquiry. The pan has a PTFE coating (also known as Teflon) and is therefore not PFAS-free. However, if you are looking for an alternative, we recommend our Star series. These pans are completely PFAS- and PTFE-free and have a high-quality ceramic coating instead. Is it also suitable for frying (burgers, sausages, minced meat, vegetables) or only for cooking?
Hello Mh3, thank you for your inquiry. The serving pan can of course also be used for frying. Please note the following points:
- Never heat the pan empty for more than 1-2 minutes
- Do not heat above 260 °C
