only tastes like mushroom and not like truffle (yes i know that truffle is a mushroom :P) But these were the worst truffle chips i have ever eaten

Not a strong truffle flavor, but still tasty and pleasant. A buttery note can be tasted.
I personally like it. Slightly reminiscent of a creamy cream sauce with a tiny hint of mushroom.
