Has anything been changed? The rondelles are no longer as structured as they used to be, they fluff and are too soft. They used to be the best absorbent cotton rondelles, but now they are hardly suitable for removing make-up.

Have you changed the quality? My last two packs are not at all like they used to be. They are thinner & extremely fluffy!

The last pack I bought was faulty. The absorbent cotton cones were very hard and scratchy! I couldn't use them. Is this a production error or has the quality been changed? LOT no. 3513 862, EAN 7611600133994. Thank you.

I take back what I wrote 2 weeks ago!
I just bought a duopack in action and the quality of the wadding rounds is calamitous again.
There's no weave, which causes deformation and linting.
I have the impression that the quality is always lower when I buy this product in duopack action rather than at the normal price...

I would like the "old" absorbent cotton cones again. The current ones are just too fluffy. Sticks to the fingers, on the face...terrible....

The products you have sent in are indeed faulty products.
During the period in which the absorbent cotton cones were produced, there was a problem with the embossing roller. However, the problem was rectified immediately.
We apologize that too few items were sorted out after the machine restart.

The Primella pads have been given a new quality and should be better; unfortunately this is absolutely not the case! Please Migros sells the old quality again.
