On November 8, 2024, we made a purchase at Migros Glatt. We came across a random sample. Sampling is perfectly understandable for us.
What is less understandable is how Migros handles such random samples.
According to the enclosure in the appendix, a berry mix yogurt was mistakenly not registered for CHF 1.30, but a strawberry yogurt was registered twice for CHF 1.30, even though it was only available once. We had assumed that we had bought a strawberry yoghurt twice. Presumably the berry mix yoghurt was not in the right place. Conclusion 2 x Fr. 1.30 were correctly registered
Although Migros has not suffered any damage, we are checked every week; today for the 6th mail in a row. You can certainly understand that this is extremely annoying and embarrassing for us and that we see it as harassment, especially as we have been doing our weekly shopping exclusively at Migros for decades. We are still very attached to Migros, partly because I worked at FMCG for 20 years before I retired.
However, we are now asking ourselves whether Migros is still the right partner for us.
