You won't find Harzer cheese in any store in Switzerland. However, this product would certainly do extremely well. I know many people from the fitness sector, including myself, who would definitely buy it. Please include Harzer cheese in your product range!!!!!!!!!!

About a year ago, the request was examined more closely by those responsible and it was decided that the cheese had too little potential and would therefore not be included in the range. A further inquiry in February also resulted in the same answer.
I would be happy to pass on your comments on Harzer cheese to the product managers. Perhaps something will come of it after all :-)

I hope the cheese is not introduced.
A few months ago, the WW Coop had a lean hard cheese with only 5% fat. It was mega-fine and very good. That would be a good alternative.
But no Harz cheese, please

Well, I would be more in favor of "vieux-boulogne", which is an honest "stinky cheese", not such a stinky product for "wimps" like Harzer.
ONLY .... because someone even won a Nobel Prize for such a stinky cheese, because it helps fight insects ... I have the fear at MMM Metropole, in La Chaux-de-Fonds, that you will have to look for it next to the ladies' stockings in the insecticides section .... Is it a MICASA article or a cleaning agent? Is there a reduction voucher for "a MICASA grill, free with the purchase of a stinky cheese?"

PS "Harzer" is supposed to make you "slim" .... is that because it's a "stinky cheese" .... that stinks so much that you don't eat it? ... that would finally be an honest "light" product !!!!

I don't care what the cheese is called or what it smells like! Sour cheese, Bloderkäse... The main thing is low fat and high protein!

@einrad "it" tastes a bit "strong"! Above all, it stinks violently! And that's the really cool "trick"! Because it smells so bad, you don't eat it in the first place and run away. It's much better than "light" ... not only is it ZERO calories, but it also motivates you to exercise! The rule is: close your nose! and then mens sana in corpus sveltus....
So I have nothing against MIGROS offering this cheese ... but please in odor-proof packaging and don't hope that the cheese will attract customers with its "smell"! The professor who won a Nobel Prize with it wasn't trying to attract Migros customers ... but flies!

It's probably a bit like Rässer Appenzeller, which is so strong that it confuses the taste buds. Once opened, the whole fridge stinks ;) Or the Zigerstöckli is a lean cheese or something similar. I would definitely buy it.
