I have noticed that I have not received the promotional coupons for December 2024. (I use the app and no longer receive letters).
This concerns various discount coupons and double Cumulus points that are valid each week in December.
The reason I was given was that certain customer groups are excluded from promotions for statistical reasons.
This explanation is not plausible to me, as the Cumulus card can be used to extract the data they want to collect.
As a loyal Migros customer of many years' standing, I feel cheated and disadvantaged!
That's why I, and I'm sure other customers as well, are considering reconsidering my customer loyalty because of such marketing campaigns and the negative media reports about Migros.
