Why can't Migros manage to sell them unburned? I don't want to know what the results of an acrylamide analysis would be.

Hello Infoline team, just go to the nearest Migros store and get a pack of the product. The problem has existed for months. You can already see the dark brown, burnt edges through the transparent outer packaging. A pack of the organic product can serve as a comparison and positive example of unburnt Prussiens. Incidentally, I also think it's cheeky of Migros to market the switch from high-quality and expensive butter puff pastry to cheap palm fat puff pastry as progress under the guise of "vegan", especially as I strongly suspect that this switch is one of the reasons for the product's black edges. Hello Bioman, thank you for your renewed message. There may be certain fluctuations in the degree of baking. Our production staff are instructed to generously sort out any Prussians that are too dark. To date, we have not received any similar customer feedback, but we are still keeping an eye on the issue. Those responsible confirm that our Prussians have always been vegan and that we have not made any changes to the recipe. The first V-Label certificate for these Prussians was issued on 28.08.2016. For the sake of transparency, we simply decided to put a corresponding logo on the packaging. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

I was very disappointed with the quality of my last 2 purchases of Preussen Classic. Has the recipe been changed? I will never buy them again. The spelt Preussen, on the other hand, are very good, but the packaging size is too small and far too expensive. When will they be back in action with the larger packaging unit?
