We are sorry that you were not satisfied with the quality of our pretzels. You were absolutely right to contact us! We immediately contacted the relevant specialist department.
Our investigations revealed that the specified freezing process was not fully adhered to during production. Due to exceptionally high capacity utilization of the production lines, the production manager had to make appropriate adjustments. As a result, some pretzels became brittle and dry when defrosted.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused! We have already taken measures to ensure that this does not happen again. These include optimized production planning and additional checks to ensure the quality of our pretzels at all times.
