How come President usually doesn't taste like the other time? Is it due to storage or transportation? I would be pleased to receive an answer.
Thank you in advance Mrs. Scheid
I suspect it's due to the ripening process, because half a million Camembert are produced every day in Domfront, Lactalis' main factory, and exported to over 120 countries.

Hello guest
Thank you for your interest.
The differences in taste are related to the maturation of the cheese. The longer the cheese has matured, the more refined its taste. A young cheese tastes less intense because it has had less time to mature. This process is the same for all soft cheeses - so there are always slight variations in these products. We can recommend that you look at the M-date when shopping. If the M-date is still a long way off, it is a young cheese; if the M-date is already close, the cheese is already relatively mature.
We wish you continued enjoyment and a sunny week. Your M-Infoline team
Because it's a processed industrial product. It's not real Camembert from a ladle.
Why? You can only test, rate and make Migros even better if you're logged in.
