Is the cleaner surfactant-free? According to our tiler, you should use surfactant-free cleaners so that no layers are built up, which in turn bind dirt. Thank you
Hi Tatie-Katie, thank you for your inquiry. According to the ingredients on the packaging, the product contains non-ionic surfactants. This means that the product is not surfactant-free. Hopefully we were able to help you with our answer. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Has the formula been changed in the last few months? I have the impression that it foams more than before and the base is no longer shiny.
Hello schaninski, thank you for the question. Last year's changeover should not have a negative impact on cleaning performance. We would therefore like to follow up on your experience. Could you please provide us with the cleaner in question? If so, please write the following address on the package and hand it in at the post office or free of charge at your branch's customer service:

Thank you very much! Best regards, your M-Infoline team
dear infoline team thank you very much for your feedback. i am happy to do so. however, since switching from the white to the gray cleaner, i have already used the third bottle since i noticed the change and with all of them my floor was dull, even though i used the same dosage as before. so i doubt that it is due to a single bottle. i would welcome it if the white cleaner were available again (a picture from before is attached). best regards schaninski
Hello schaninski, thank you for your feedback. As already offered, we will be happy to test your product, but the old bottle and the old product will not be returned. Alternatively, we have Potz 1 for all all-purpose cleaner or M-Plus Oeco Power liquid soft soap on offer. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
