How do I open the can? Pressing down and turning does not work: it "rattles"/skips, regardless of how hard or softly I press down....
Hi Quent1n, oh dear, we're really sorry to hear that you're having difficulties with the lid! With products like this, it's important that we incorporate childproofing to keep them out of the hands of children. That's why we can't make the opening any easier. A little tip: try pushing the lid down with the flat of your hand and turning it at the same time. Maybe that will help you. Otherwise, you can also exchange the item in the store if it won't open. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

What percentage of hypochlorite is in the diluted solution (2 tabs per 5 liters of water)?
Hi mey81, Thank you for your inquiry. All our products are subject to formulation secrecy. We are therefore unfortunately unable to provide exact details of the ingredients. Thank you for letting us know. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Hmmm, wouldn't that even have to be declared for Javel products? You also answered the question about the liquid version here: https://migipedia.migros.ch/en/502007700000?
Hello mey81, we asked our supplier again and can inform you as follows: One tab (1 liter) contains 2.7 % hypochlorite. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

How do I use Javel tabs in the washing machine for white laundry at 60 degrees?
Hello SilserTaube, thank you for your inquiry. The procedure is as follows:
One tab in the detergent compartment, together with the detergent. Then 1 - 2 extra rinse cycles, as any remaining Javel can bleach. Kind regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello, the tabs no longer dissolve. What can I do?
Hello werner_feldmann, thank you for your question. In this case, we advise you to add more water. Because when the mixture is saturated, the rest can no longer dissolve. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Normally the water "bubbles" as soon as you add the tabs. However, nothing happens regardless of how much water I add.
Hello werner_feldmann, thank you very much for your feedback. The tabs should indeed only bubble slightly. We need to find out why this is not happening. We would therefore ask you to return the original packaging and contents free of charge to the customer service department of your preferred store. Note the address below on the package:
Migros-Genossenschafts-Bund
M-Infoline / Reference 20231004-0812
Limmatstrasse 152
8031 Zurich
It is important to state your reference number 20231004-0812 so that we can match the sample to the request. It is best to present this letter when you hand it in. This will show the employees that we would like the product for further clarification. Thank you in advance for your valuable support. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Hello werner_feldmann, thank you very much for providing the sample. The tabs got a little too much moisture once, so they didn't dissolve as quickly as normal. Otherwise they are perfect. We recommend that you always close the tin tightly immediately after use. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

@M-Infoline, that's what we thought, I received 3.95 and hope you return to the old version of the tabs because the new one was also in the packs that were opened in the store were all just crumbly soft even where the tablets were whole and not just powder crumbly stuff, I bought new ones in the coop they come from f.reich and are as hard as your old ones.

Good day, some time ago I bought a pack for 4.60 but already from them with a sticker "improved quality, when I wanted to use it earlier I had to realize that there was only powder in the upper part, the numbers on the bottom of the can are: 20/185/9/14:38 1721/EXP/07/2023 are there more who had/have the problem, I will bring the pack to the store tomorrow.
Hello rollimaus, thank you for your message. According to our specialist department, this is a production fault which is already being clarified. You can of course have the product exchanged at the store. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Hello rollimaus - I clearly have the same problem - I have already submitted a review/complaint. Unfortunately, I have not received an answer. The numbers on the bottom of the can are: 20/185/8/13:16 1721/EXP/07/2023. I'm only going to bring the can back because of the disposal - it's all crammed together inside... Will obviously have to get the one from the Coop to make sure it works.
Hello Wasdenn, thank you for your message. We are sorry that you have been affected by this production error. Please return the product directly to the store or get in touch with us using the contact form. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

...that was about 3 months ago that I told you, apparently you didn't get any further with the problem, I will buy another one from Coop when the can I bought back then is empty. It's really a shame that it had to come to this, I used to be a "real Migros kid"
Hello rollimaus, thank you for your feedback. The problem has now been resolved and the stores have had to clear all the shelves. The tabs that are currently on the shelves should all be fine. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Coop has lowered the price of its Javeltabs to under CHF 4. Will you be following suit and when?
Hello rollimaus, as you have probably already noticed, we have also been able to reduce the price to CHF 3.95. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Forgot to replace the price label 🤔
Hi rollimaus, the new price has only been in place since last Friday. Otherwise, could you let us know in which store you noticed the old price? Best regards, your M-Infoline team

1 dosage for bleaching clothes ? i want to bleach away stains in very light-colored pants in the washing machine that cannot be removed with normal washing. i still have a pack of javal tabs from migros, probably still with the old composition. i know i can do this with javel, but i can no longer find a dosage. if i use a high dosage, the cotton fibers themselves are damaged, which unfortunately i have already done. if i use too low a dosage, the effect is missing. any experience with this? (unfortunately i can't find an answer on the internet) 2 side question and comment the substance is really cheap. it's not interesting to look for price increases here. the ingredient, at least in my pack, is sodium dichloroisocyanurate. chlorine is highly corrosive and toxic, but once it has reacted it's no problem, chlorine is part of table salt; the whole sea is naturally full of it. cyanate, on the other hand, is certainly more problematic. why use it? is it still in the new composition?
Hello schoebu, thank you for your inquiry. Our tablet is mainly intended for disinfecting floors and surfaces. If you want to use this product for washing, please use 1 tablet for disinfection and 2 tablets for whitening textiles. Regarding the second question about the component of the bleach tabs: The main ingredient of the M-Classic Javel Tabs is SDIC (sodium dichloroisocyanurate) and not cyanate mixed with sodium chloride. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
i followed the advice today, tried to bleach 2 light beige jeans, first with 2, then again with 5 tablets. nothing happened; the color did not lighten, the stains (1 leather bike saddle abrasion + leather belt abrasion and probably nectarine stains) were there all the same. obviously completely different concentrations have to be used. when i know more, i'll post it here.

What has been changed in the new formula? Unfortunately, I can't find any information on the ingredients here.
. Hello mjdj, please excuse the long wait! The formula was changed exactly two years ago. For legal reasons of the new labeling law for chemicals (GHS), the DCCNa active ingredient is reduced from 80% DCCNa to < 10%. We hope this helps you. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
