The previous product in the purple packaging was much better. This one doesn't work properly and doesn't fulfil its function like the old one. Could you explain why there has been a change in ingredients? Would it be possible to consider a return to the old formula?
Hello Heivan, thank you for your message. We are sorry that you are not satisfied with the current product and that you feel it does not offer the same quality as the previous one. Unfortunately, production of the latter has been discontinued by our supplier, which is why we now offer the alternative you tested.
The new product has been carefully inspected by us and no defects have been found. Nevertheless, we take your comments seriously and have passed them on to the relevant department so that they can continue to keep an eye on the matter.
