Why was the closure of this very good product changed so that it no longer holds after the third time and leads to the contents drying out? Now you have to have an extra sealable plastic bag to be able to use the product until the end. This means less usability and more plastic waste.
Hello BJacobs, thank you for your message, the specialist department has informed us that we would like to do without plastic and have therefore adapted the packaging. The product is now protected by the transparent closure. The fleece material was also changed for the new launch in August 2021. The new nonwoven now has a cellulose layer between two outer layers of polypropylene. This means the wipe is more absorbent, but initially feels drier in the hand as the liquid is trapped in this cellulose core. This liquid is released during use. The wipes have the same dosing impregnation as the previous article. We will nevertheless take your valuable advice on drying out on board and keep an eye on the issue. best regards, your M-Infoline team
