What about the shelf life? I can't find any information on the product and I've had a bottle at home for some time.

Hello Isidor_2, thank you for your question. Vinegar can usually be stored indefinitely in closed bottles, which is why there are many vinegars without a best-before date. As the best-before date (BBD) varies from supplier to supplier, we have no great influence here. A best-before date is simply a guarantee date or a guideline until when the product is safe and guaranteed to remain good. As mentioned above, this is not necessary for vinegar.
