Hello Nezumi The manufacturer (Ponti) has informed us of the following: we use a gelatine to make our wine vinegar nice. This gelatine is of animal origin. The wine vinegar is an ingredient of the balsamic vinegar and Condimento Bianco. For this reason, our vinegars cannot be declared as vegan. Best regards, Your M-Infoline Team
