Very good product that really brings out the flavor of salads. Well-flavored, but this "acero" isn't too strong.

Very good. Fine vinegar with a good balance of flavor and spice.
A fabulous discovery. Its barrel ageing enhances its taste and buffers its acidity. I first tried it on oysters with a "vinegar/echalotte", but my guests didn't really like it, so they finished it off. I now use it on my salads too.
