1 question

I really like the product, but it makes calorie counting (which I have started as part of my weight loss) difficult. The reason is that the calorie information is given for the drained weight. That actually makes sense, but it makes counting calories difficult (especially if you -- like me -- eat the tomatoes and then need the oil for frying). But now I have a question. I'm trying to calculate the *total* calories in a jar. This article says that there are 50% tomatoes in a jar: https://produkte.migros.ch/polli-getrocknete-tomaten (under "Ingredients & Allergens"). Does that *really* mean that 50% of the total weight in the jar is tomatoes? I find that kind of hard to believe, because the tomatoes themselves are very light and the added oil is very heavy? (And if 50% of the weight is actually tomatoes, is that the weight of the tomatoes before they are put in the oil? Or is that the weight of the tomatoes after they've been soaked in oil and drained -- but still have oil on them?) If it really were the case that 50% of the weight in this jar is the dry weight of dried tomatoes, then that would be helpful information. I could easily calculate the total calories, since I could just take the calories from dried tomatoes and assume that the other 50% is practically all oil (and the calories are easy to figure out). I'm guessing I'm not the only one who has wondered how many calories TOTAL -- i.e. tomatoes AND oil -- are in a jar like this?
