Maybe super traditional cannoli, but for me they are too sweet, too sticky and weak in taste. Visually pretty.
better than the white filling, which is simply sweet. The overall flavor is more pronounced here, but it is still too sweet.
Sour and sweet - but good - it should be less sweet, otherwise you get a sugar shock. Therefore only 3 stars

Unfortunately, I have to agree with the majority about the sweetness. The filling is very sweet. The pastry is super crispy. A little less sugar and more pistachios would be great.
Nice shape, very nice crispy shell, but much too sweet for me, unfortunately you can't detect any pistachio flavor.
