Fast delivery, absolutely nothing wrong with the picture frames. Ordered 10 for the company and they not only look very good (even better than online) but are also well made. I was able to open and close the frame easily and without any problems. Hanging them up was no problem either. Tiptop, I would order again at any time. Great price/performance.

Frames delivered partially defective. Three out of five frames defective, one even unusable. Was returned. The metal clasps at the back were very carelessly and unevenly fitted on delivery. Created a lot of tension in the frame.

There is nothing wrong with the frame. Unfortunately, it was damaged, probably from transportation. As we had already disposed of the packaging material, we couldn't bring it back. The damage is too severe to ignore.... unfortunately the frame is now unused in the cellar :-(

Delivered defective - box was OK from the outside but the frame was packed in such a way, pressure on the glass, that it probably cracked during packing.
Well... Basically, I really like the frames. Unfortunately, one of them arrived with a scratch on the glass.
