I bought this vacuum cleaner a month ago with the explicit wish that it would be suitable for carpets. Since the brushes on the nozzle - regardless of which position they are in - cannot be completely stowed away, vacuuming on carpet is almost impossible and becomes a pain, as the brushes almost get caught in the carpet - regardless of the suction power of the vacuum cleaner or which position the nozzle is set to. Otherwise the vacuum cleaner is perfect, quiet, manoeuvrable, long cable I am disappointed with this appliance - as I really only bought it for carpets

Prompt delivery. Vacuum cleaner is very quiet, you can only hear the noise of the nozzle on the floor. Reach very good. A little heavy on carpet with the normal brush, therefore more ideal for hard floors. Cable retraction rather weak, but you don't have to pull the cable out beforehand. Very happy with the purchase.

This is the second time I've bought this model - top product. Even though the cable retraction is still too weak and occasionally causes problems, I am delighted with the performance and thoroughness of the vacuum cleaner. The accessories are very comprehensive and the price-performance ratio is top!
