Simply perfect! The design, the quality, the concept and the control via smartphone is simply brilliant. I am very satisfied and can highly recommend the lamp. My first order was unfortunately defective, but the replacement was super quick and uncomplicated, just as it should be.

Since my previous lamp only after 4 years the one side of the LED light broke and was not replaceable and was still under warranty, I called micasa Schaffhausen and asked if I could and wanted to order the lamp online and (I Schaffhauserin) could also do the lamp replacement on site she said yes. But when I exchanged the lamp on site (SH) I was told that this was not possible because the lamp was bought in Winterthur micasa!? My reaction was with a smile on my face and asked: "Please explain to me what the difference is between micasa Winterthur and Schaffhausen!" She could not handle the exchange because she could not send the broken lamp back, I should do the exchange in Winti. Drive to Winterthur and with the hope that they had a Philips lamp in stock, because I had dismantled my broken one and of course no light at home and it was Saturday, they had it ! I told the saleswoman in Winterthur what had happened and she replied: "What I can do bureaucratically here, the branch in Schaffhausen can also do because it's all in the same place": Trouble and lost time that I could have saved myself!
