Yesterday I bought a beautiful phalaenopsis, but unfortunately when I got home, I realized it was infested with scale insects. If I hadn't noticed, I would have risked infecting the others too. I treated it immediately and isolated it, but it's a shame because this doesn't give you good publicity. I've always bought them from you, but next time I'll be even more careful. What a pity.
