Hello. Has the composition of the PH shower gel been changed or are new ingredients being used? The shower gel in the refill bags from the last 2 promotions smells very strong and extremely chemical. We still had a bottle of shower gel from a previous purchase and if you compare the contents with those of the new refill bags, the fragrance is 100% no longer as pleasant as before but far too intense and chemical. The fragrance is very annoying and the showering pleasure is lost! Thank you for your reply.

Thanks to the photos we received, we were able to determine the production series (764145-02). We did not discover any anomalies. Furthermore, the recipe has remained unchanged since 2021. Hello M-Infoline Team. Thank you very much for your reply. This morning we handed in an unused bag to the Uzwil branch, addressed to you with the ref. no. We have since used a new refill bag from the 764145-03 range. The fragrance is just as unpleasantly chemical as the one in the bag sent to us.
We found another comment in the reviews of the PH shower gel bottle. 4 weeks ago "Kiasportage" wrote: New series smells different, worse!

Hello mariva1963, thank you for the sample. The density and pH balance values are within the tolerance limits. The smell, color and appearance also meet our specifications. The last change to the pH Balance Shower Gel formula was made in 2021, when we replaced the synthetic polymers still contained at that time with a natural thickener. Your pH Balance Shower Gel contains a neutralizing perfume, i.e. a specific hypoallergenic fragrance mix, which primarily serves to neutralize the inherent odor of the raw materials it contains and not to give the shower gel a specific fragrance. The fragrance mix is dermatologically tested and confirmed as hypoallergenic, i.e. it does not contain any potentially irritating fragrances. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Hello M-Infoline team. Thank you for the detailed reply and the voucher. Even though the formula has not been changed since 2021, we have noticed that the fragrance has changed significantly, as we were told when we first enquired. From our point of view, this fragrance is now very unpleasant and chemical! As also mentioned, we were able to compare the new fragrance with the fragrance in an old bottle and the difference was clearly noticeable. Our decision is clear. Even if the ingredients are the same, the unpleasant fragrance is the decisive factor for us. We will not be buying this product again. Kind regards mariva1963

Hello kathrinkuenzli, thank you for your post. This product has always been produced and filled in Germany because Mibelle cannot fill refill bags itself. However, we are looking into producing the pH Balance shower gel in refill pouches in Switzerland. However, this is not yet certain and may take some time. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
