Hello, I have always used the shower gel 2in1 for the skin and as a shampoo and am very satisfied with it. Is the composition in the tube different from the product in the bottle? Is it still suitable for hair care?
Hello aho, thank you for your inquiry. pH balance Shower Cream Urea 5 % differs in its composition from pH balance Shower Gel Urea 5 % 2in1 in that it contains fewer hair-conditioning active ingredients. Specifically, this means that you will notice slightly weaker hair care in the shower cream. Nevertheless, the shower cream can also be used to cleanse the hair. As an alternative, we can recommend the product pH balance 3in1 Shower Gel & Shampoo (item no. 5138.333). Why is the brand name written in huge letters on the PH products and the intended use in tiny letters? That way I can't read in the shower whether I'm looking at a shower gel, skin cream or shampoo. My suggestion for all PH products would be to make the brand name smaller and the intended use larger.

could you please not use the same type of packaging as for the other shower gels as the tube always collects water in the lid because I wash my hair first and then take a shower?

The pH Balance Shower Cream is in this packaging because of the consistency. This makes it easier to squeeze the shower cream out of the tube.
