when will the ph balance shampoo finally be available in solid soap? i would welcome this. then please make it as soft and foamy as the boep boep soap bar. this was badly placed/marketed in migros, namely with the baby products. i gave my friends the boep soap bar as a gift. they were all completely thrilled. now i have to order it from germany. it was great for psoriasis and neurodermatitis.

Why was the composition of the shampoo changed without pointing this out? I tolerated the shampoo very well, but with the new ingredients I can no longer tolerate it and won't be buying it again. It is also a great pity that fragrances/perfumes are still used in shampoos for sensitive scalps. As far as I know, there is not a single shampoo or face cream in Migros without fragrances or added essential oils. That's a real shame in this day and age. I'm not talking about "natural products", which are usually full of allergenic fragrances, but about affordable, hypoallergenic cosmetics.
Hello Vanija, thank you for your message. We are sorry that you can no longer tolerate the new formula. The formula was actually revised in October. The synthetic polymers were formulated out and replaced with equivalent natural substances. The new formula is therefore more natural and more concentrated in terms of active ingredients. It also contains a higher proportion of active care substances that are well tolerated and suitable for dry and sensitive skin (e.g. glycerine and bisabolol). The perfume oil has remained the same. However, we have changed the opacifier. We have subjected the new formula to numerous dermatological skin compatibility tests for sensitive skin. The shampoo also passed all the tests at the Inselspital Bern for very sensitive people. We have a new fragrance-free shampoo in our range: Bircal Sensitive is specially designed for people who tend to have a flaky scalp. We hope you will find an alternative in our range. try the boep boep soap bar. unfortunately it has been taken out of the assortment at migros...what adult would think to look at the baby products. you just have to order it on the internet. i am currently ordering 3-4 pieces and save the shipping fee. great for psoriasis, new dermatitis, sensitive scalp...has only 5 ingredients in it and no perfume.

Why is this product still not available in refill pouches? Why are there hardly any shampoos in refill pouches?
Hello schmidbi, thank you for your inquiry. We are pleased that you are using the shampoo. Up to now, we have only offered a few refill sachets in the "Hair & Shower Products" range. The demand has not been high enough so far. Sustainability is also an important issue for us. We are currently looking into changing some of our packaging in the near future. I also think it would be great and important if shampoos were finally offered in refill sachets. It's a mystery to me why the demand here should be too low. Anyone who buys shower gel refill bags (there are - fortunately - plenty of them) is surely also interested (at least potentially) in shampoo refill bags.
Hello schmidbi, where possible we offer refill bags. To cover the different customer needs, we offer products in bottles, refill bags or in solid form. For space reasons, it is not possible for us to offer a refill pack for every product. Since the end of 2013, you have been able to return plastic bottles to the Migros recycling system free of charge. Does the shampoo help with oily scalps?

Why does this "mild" shampoo contain sodium lauret sulfate? This is a relatively aggressive surfactant. Thanks for the answer.
Hello KAlexa, thank you for your inquiry. Sodium Laureth Sulfate on its own and as a pure substance is indeed irritating to the skin and eyes. However, in the quantities and in the mixture in pH Balance Shampoo (and other Mibelle products) it is not the least bit aggressive. This is proven by the extensive tests. And in your opinion, acrylates crosspolymer -4 is what exactly? Exactly!
Hoi Kymba00, Acrylates Crosspolymer-4 are used as thickeners. They are molecularly soluble in water, do not form particles and are therefore not harmful to the environment. Why does shampoo (now also anti-dandruff) have to contain microplastics? It really wouldn't be necessary! That's why I didn't buy it even though it was recommended to me

However, we must not forget that for every new product we add, an existing product has to be removed from the range. Unfortunately, we cannot prevent this due to the limited space available.
