Hello Vanija, thank you for your message. We are sorry that you can no longer tolerate the new formula. The formula was actually revised in October. The synthetic polymers were formulated out and replaced with equivalent natural substances. The new formula is therefore more natural and more concentrated in terms of active ingredients. It also contains a higher proportion of active care substances that are well tolerated and suitable for dry and sensitive skin (e.g. glycerine and bisabolol). The perfume oil has remained the same. However, we have changed the opacifier. We have subjected the new formula to numerous dermatological skin compatibility tests for sensitive skin. The shampoo also passed all the tests at the Inselspital Bern for very sensitive people. We have a new fragrance-free shampoo in our range: Bircal Sensitive is specially designed for people who tend to have a flaky scalp. We hope you will find an alternative in our range. try the boep boep soap bar. unfortunately it has been taken out of the assortment at migros...what adult would think to look at the baby products. you just have to order it on the internet. i am currently ordering 3-4 pieces and save the shipping fee. great for psoriasis, new dermatitis, sensitive scalp...has only 5 ingredients in it and no perfume.

The demand has not been high enough so far. Sustainability is also an important issue for us. We are currently looking into changing some of our packaging in the near future. I also think it would be great and important if shampoos were finally offered in refill sachets. It's a mystery to me why the demand here should be too low. Anyone who buys shower gel refill bags (there are - fortunately - plenty of them) is surely also interested (at least potentially) in shampoo refill bags.

Hello schmidbi, where possible we offer refill bags. To cover the different customer needs, we offer products in bottles, refill bags or in solid form. For space reasons, it is not possible for us to offer a refill pack for every product. Since the end of 2013, you have been able to return plastic bottles to the Migros recycling system free of charge. However, in the quantities and in the mixture in pH Balance Shampoo (and other Mibelle products) it is not the least bit aggressive. This is proven by the extensive tests. Hoi Kymba00, Acrylates Crosspolymer-4 are used as thickeners. They are molecularly soluble in water, do not form particles and are therefore not harmful to the environment.
