Dear Migros team, I love this light body lotion, especially in summer. Unfortunately, the practical pump dispenser has a big catch: there is always a really large amount of lotion left at the bottom, which cannot be removed even by shaking and pumping vigorously, but only by cutting open the packaging, which is always associated with a risk of injury and is annoying. I have been using this lotion for years and have always loved it. Recently, however, I have noticed a change. The cream is no longer absorbed as quickly and now feels thicker and also slightly sticky. I suspect that unfortunately something has been changed in the formula. What a shame!!! Is this the case or am I really mistaken and is there a chance that we will get the original quality again in the future?

We attach great importance to meeting the constantly changing product requirements and are constantly reviewing our range. We have reformulated the synthetic polymers in this lotion to make it more biodegradable. The consistency changed slightly as a result of the reformulation. I have been looking for Ph Balance light body care in the Adliswil store for 14 days. According to Migros there should be 11 in stock, but I can't find them on the shelf.
