I want to fill new soap into the dispenser from the refill bag. I can't open the dispenser, just turning the cap doesn't work. Is there a trick?

The practical + reliable pump dispenser on the bottles has been missing for several months now. Is it now possible to estimate when it will be available again?

Why is this (and other) liquid soap now being offered without a dispenser (although the text/pictures, e.g. here or in the store, still indicate otherwise)? I consider this to be a major disadvantage, especially in the current situation (COVID-19), when the container has to be touched again and the lid also has to be opened. It also makes it more difficult for people with limited motor skills to use.
