I've just come from the dermatologist. I had to do an allergy test and the shower gel was also tested. I also reacted VERY strongly to the following: Methylisothiazolinone and Chlomethylisothiazoline As the companies only have to declare these preservatives above a certain amount, it is difficult for me to find a suitable product. Can you help me further?

Hello Buddle, we have just received feedback. The two substances methylisothiazolinone and chlomethylisothiazoline are not used by our supplier. You can therefore use all shower gels from pH Balance and I am - there are no small amounts of these substances in these products. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

I'm a big fan of the shower gel and always buy the refill bag. Unfortunately, the plastic of the bottle always "breaks", i.e. you can no longer refill it and the shower gel runs out everywhere. So unfortunately I no longer buy refill bags. There must be a fault with the plastic bottle, or is it not allowed to be refilled?
