E471 of vegetable or animal origin?
Hello Bubu81, thank you for your question. E471" is an emulsifier of vegetable origin. JOWA AG does not use any animal emulsifiers. We generally use emulsifiers, fats, oils and glycerine of vegetable origin in all JOWA products. Best regards, your M-Infoline Team
