Hello Sh_g, thank you for your inquiry. Emulsifiers such as E471 and E472 (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids) or E475 (polyglycerol esters of fatty acids), which we use in the production of our bread and bakery products, are always of vegetable origin. Best regards, Alex your M-Infoline Team
