Good evening I am currently pregnant and after eating some riccioline I noticed/read on the packaging that it has wine in it? Is this really true? Thank you for your feedback and LG
Hello Sorabri, a small amount (2%) of wine is added to the batter to flavor the riccioline; this is also stated in the list of ingredients. However, the alcohol evaporates at the high frying temperature, so that the finished riccioline contains at most traces of it. Foods containing less than 0.5% alcohol by volume are considered alcohol-free; this is the case with this product. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
