The old M Classic recipe was much better. With this one, the cookie is dry and floury, and the filling is almost non-existent.

The walnut cake is not bad, but if you expect the taste of Engadine walnut cake you will definitely be disappointed. You can't taste much honey and overall it is quite dry. It lacks the smooth taste typical of the original pie.
