Consumption deadlines not met for products delivered online.
Hello,
Unfortunately, this is a wider problem that goes beyond this particular product. It is becoming increasingly common and affects many products purchased online.
For us customers, it is an abnormal and irritating waste of time to have to systematically check every "product date" when our online purchases are delivered.
We should be able to trust Migros to ensure that its employees (or the mechanical chain) who prepare online purchases for shipment comply with its own guidelines.
We would very much like to hear your feedback on this issue, which is becoming increasingly common for us and others.
We cannot contact you systematically to report every problem of this type... And this is not a question of refunds (which you comply with very elegantly), but of satisfaction in obtaining quality consumer products that comply with what is offered and sold.

Why is this brioche not present in all branches in Ticino?
Will brioche be available in Central Switzerland again?

Thank you for your interest in the brioche. Unfortunately, the demand for this item in Migros Lucerne was too low, which is why it cannot be included in the range. We offer seasonal 1st August Wegge, 3- Königskuchen or the Advent star, which are similar to the brioche.
