Hello Selebele, by law, the alcohol content of non-alcoholic drinks - and this includes Perldor Classic sparkling wine - must not exceed 0.5% by volume. This means a residual alcohol content of less than 0.5% by volume. This value is usually several times lower for such products. However, as with all natural juices (apple, orange, grape, etc.), it is never possible to exclude all alcohol, as the smallest amounts of alcohol can be formed in the fruit itself even before it is harvested. I have heard that this sparkling wine is vegan, i.e. that it is not clarified or embellished with animal additives such as casein, egg white or gelatine. Can you confirm this for me?

I find the plastic peg very difficult to remove. If there's no man around, I really need a lot of time and nerves. You have to earn the juice first.
