My question was specifically about the product "Pepsi Zero Caffeine Free." For weeks, the availability status for the Gelterkinden store has shown that it has 27 units in stock. Unfortunately, the shelf is empty.
Most other stores in the area either have one item in stock or are out of stock.
Why is the availability data not being updated?
In this day and age, when everything is digital, this shouldn't be a problem, especially when the stock hasn't changed for weeks. The staff should check and correct it.

Unfortunately, incorrect stock levels can have various causes, for example if a box of the product was not delivered or if incorrect sales were recorded. In these cases, the stock levels in our system are not automatically adjusted. Thanks to your valuable feedback, the stock levels in Gelterkinden have now been corrected manually and are correct again. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
