Why isn't Pepsi available in 500 ml and 1 l?
Hello Briganti, we only offer 33cl and 1.5l bottles of Pepsi in our range. We withdrew the 500ml variant from our range at the beginning of the year, as demand was rather low. There are currently no plans to include 0.5liter or 1liter bottles in our range. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

When will this campaign end?

Another can. Where is Migros' sustainability concept? Otherwise Migros always boasts about it. But you're taking a different approach with drinks cans. Sales come before environmental sustainability.

However, the can is a real customer need, as our sales of the individual can items show. However, our customers still have the option of choosing between cans and PET, as we continue to offer all Pepsi variants in PET bottles in our range.

It's basically the same as with PET bottles or glass:
If you dispose of aluminum cans properly instead of throwing them in the household waste, then aluminum cans are also very sustainable.
Remember: aluminum occurs naturally, PET is made from crude oil.
So PET is even worse than aluminum when it comes to production.
Ultimately, however, the important thing is how many containers are recycled. In Switzerland, the recycling rate for aluminum, glass and PET is fortunately extremely high (which is why we don't have a deposit on them). The more cans and bottles are recycled, the better this sustainable cycle works.
And if things continue like this, you will soon be able to dispose of aluminum and glass in every supermarket, then you will have the same "convenience" as with PET disposal ;-)
@beat92: You don't really seem to have a clue about the sustainability of aluminum. I also prefer to drink drinks from a can rather than a pet bottle, but as far as sustainability is concerned, aluminum cans are about the worst. The energy required per can alone is enormous.

I also prefer to drink cola from a can rather than a PET bottle. I dispose of them correctly.

@M-Infoline, since the Pepsi cans are now available in the basic range, is there a possibility that they could be available in several Migos stores? e.g. all MM stores?

Thank you for your question. As Pepsi Regular is a new product, we cannot yet say whether it will be available in more stores. For the time being, we are offering the cans in the larger Migros outlets. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

I agree that PET is much better for the environment than aluminum, not only is it easier to recycle for the consumer, but it requires less energy in the manufacturing process. Aluminum is also transferred to the food that is packaged and is not exactly healthy.
At Pepsi, all drinks are - apparently - also available in PET, while energy drinks are not.
