Dear Migros team I don't know how familiar your specialist staff are with the taste of this product, but I have now compared a tin from the old range with the new one and the recipe has certainly changed. Enclosed you can see the photos. As I said, I'm not a specialist but I've been a consumer for a long time and so I can recognize/taste a change.
Why has the country of manufacture changed now? The new cans really don't taste good and I'm glad I was able to get hold of a few of the "old" ones. The "old" ones were made in Germany and it used to be a really tasty drink. Is this just a temporary thing or will they keep it that way? I hope you will have them made in Germany again so that the familiar, good taste we know is available again.
Hello Brötli fan, thank you for your question. There has been no change to the recipe. Clarification with the manufacturer will therefore take a little longer. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Hello Brötli fan, thank you for your patience. The manufacturer has effectively changed the country of production. The reason for this change is that machines for the production of the six-packs are installed in Belgium. In the meantime, we have subjected the new Pepsi cans to a taste test. The trained specialist staff did not recognize any deviation. We therefore compared the best-before date 12.06.2024 with a can from a retailer with the best-before date 03.2024. We did not notice any difference in taste here either. We therefore cannot understand why you noticed a difference in taste. We can assure you that no recipe adjustments were made when the country of production was changed. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello Brötli fan, thank you very much for your feedback. After examining the pictures, we understand your objections regarding a possible recipe adjustment. That's why we contacted the supplier again. The latter confirmed that the composition has remained the same. The different information on the two cans is due to rounding in the claim. In view of these findings, we cannot explain the reason for the change in taste you noticed. We will of course continue to follow the issue closely. Should we identify a specific trigger, we will take the necessary precautions. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

The pepsi is good, too bad it's not available in 1.5 liters
Hi Marc777, we're delighted that you like this Pepsi! There are currently no plans to introduce a 1.5 liter bottle. We will be happy to consider your suggestion when we revise our range in the future. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Dear MIGROS colleagues, I am concerned that many MIGROS stores are no longer stocking their shelves with Pepsi Cherry Max. Please tell me that this is a temporary supply chain problem, I can only hope? Or are you planning to remove this product from your shelves?
Hello HombiRanger, thank you for your question. The Pepsi Max Cherry will remain in the range. However, there are currently delivery problems, so the stores will not receive a new delivery until the end of this week. Availability may be limited until then. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Will this product hopefully be available in other stores soon? Or already chilled for on the go would also be great.
