Too expensive, burns out quickly
Most of the time, the bags are stale, or they break at the slightest movement. Lots of soot on combustion
FOREIGN PELLETS
I ordered pellets because the product picture and the information at the time of ordering indicated that the goods were from Switzerland. After delivery, I discovered that the pellets came from Germany and that the product image and description had since been changed.
It is disappointing that a Swiss company is offering renewable energy products from abroad. As we were not satisfied with the goods, we had them collected again. These pellets have a much lower density than those from a Swiss manufacturer, which means they burn much faster. This means that we need considerably more bags than before - a clear disadvantage! Unfortunately, I am still waiting for the refund.
good calorific value
Perfect for the cat litter tray (double-bottomed tray), and much cheaper than the pellets sold in pet shops. No dust and a nice woody smell (but not too strong).
