After thawing, you will find a watery, fibrous something fish-like in front of you! By the time you have removed the gray layer, there is not much left. Not to be used as a fillet. I cooked the salmon in the steamer and then had lots of small pieces that I could put in a salad.
Unfortunately, I would not buy this product again and would not recommend it to others.
