Fine and practical
Very good and practical for 1 person
We have been buying Filet Gourmet Provençale regularly for many years and it has long been one of our absolute favorite products. We therefore regret all the more that the quality has declined significantly in recent times. The fish is no longer as tender as it used to be, the breading seems thinner and less crispy, and the typical butter and seasoning flavor is noticeably weaker. Overall, it lacks the flavor and juiciness it used to have, and unfortunately, it no longer tastes like the product we have enjoyed for years.
Since we bought it so often, we really notice the difference. It's a shame. We would be delighted if the recipe and quality were reviewed and the product returned to its former standard.
Good fish, but once cooked, it shrinks considerably in size.
