Why does everything have to be salmon? Where has the Atlantic cod gone? What a pity, yet another product that will no longer be bought.
Hi ChuYc, the frozen Pelican product does indeed contain Alaska pollock instead of cod. The reason for this improvement is that Alaska pollock is juicier and therefore produces a better quality product. Alternatively, we recommend our Pelican cod fillets and Pelican MSC Atlantic cod fillets. Best regards, your M-Infoline Team
