Hello, has something been changed in the recipe? The taste and consistency are no longer as usual. Very soggy and sour. Unfortunately no longer to our taste.
Hello sweete, thank you for your question. We will be happy to look into your report. Please let us know the best-before date and the adjacent lot number of your packaging. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Why does the packaging still show the practical aluminum tray, which is no longer used? This is misleading. The cardboard tray in which this product is now packaged is still simply unbearable in taste, which is why I no longer buy the product. When do you intend to change this?
Hi BJacobs, there is no aluminum tray pictured or mentioned on the packaging. Can you please send us a photo?
Aluminum production has a very high environmental and climate impact. Although the cardboard tray is slightly heavier than the previous aluminum tray, it has less impact on the environment and climate. By switching to cardboard baking trays, we can save a total of 55% CO2 per year (total of all Filets Gourmet items with cardboard baking trays). Best regards, your M-Infoline team
None mentioned is correct, to me this pictured "plate" looked very much like an aluminum bowl. And I already thought that such a CO2 argument would come up - however, word should have gotten around at Migros that aluminum can be recycled and it has the advantage that it is tasteless, which these paper boxes definitely are not, fish from this bowl tastes horrible. But apparently taste is not important if you only reduce CO2...

I always follow the preparation instructions for this fish dish and yet the fish is still partially cold and raw after over 40 minutes at 200 degrees. Even after another 15 minutes of baking, the dish is still not cooked through, so I finish the fish in the frying pan. Am I the only one with this problem?
Hello verenazopfi, thank you for your message. We have not yet received any such feedback. If something is in the oven at 200 °C for 40 minutes, the product should at least get warm. We therefore recommend that you check your oven. We would also like to point out that not every oven is identical and the preparation time is only a recommendation. However, we have carried out various oven tests on this product, which is why we have given a preparation time of 40 minutes. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

No, you're not, I've done it myself and I've also heard that from various others, because I leave it in the oven for about 1.5 hours, a clinical tip, 1. put it in a cold oven quite far down, 2. after about 1 hour, don't put it on top heat but on the field with a line and 3 prongs, 3. then it's safely through to guata.
Thank you for your reply. Our oven was bought new in 2019 and works perfectly. I often bake with top and bottom heat or convection and never have any problems. I rarely make ready-made products, but I never have any problems with lasagne or similar.
