Hello Malfrau, thank you very much for your feedback. We are very sorry that you can no longer tolerate this foot butter and we hope that you are well. The recipe has not been changed since 2010. However, the jar was actually changed this summer. It is now made of polypropylene instead of two different materials. This means it uses less material and is now recyclable. The first batch with the new jar was filled at the end of July 2020. We would like to check the differences you describe, as we cannot explain them. Could you send us the defective foot butter for this purpose? Thank you for your comment. We are pleased to read that you liked the summer edition of our Pedic Wellness Foot Butter.
As it was a summer edition, it is no longer in the range. Instead, we currently have a Winter Edition with the scent of honey and orange. You can find it on the shelf with the article number 5136.454. However, we welcome your suggestion to reintroduce this summer edition, but we can't promise you anything.

We are aware of the problem. Very strong pressure or dropping it on a tiled floor causes fine hairline cracks, which can lead to the lid splitting after some time if the foot butter is used several times. The supplier is currently examining suitable alternatives and other tins that are more durable and can withstand the greater demands.
