It would be great if you could buy them in larger portions, e.g. in a jar. The yeast is statically charged in these bags and the grains always bounce off in all directions. If you need the whole bag at once, you won't have any problems, but for bread makers, for example, where you need very little yeast very often, a different packaging would be better. But otherwise it does what it should.
Often ok, but some flours have leavening problems.
Super yeast. Good for stocking up. Makes delicious bread/toast. Beautiful design.
