What process/raw material is used to produce this vanillin flavoring? Is it ethyl vanillin? Many thanks and best regards
Hello codebar, thank you for the question. It is pure vanillin (4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzaldehyde), which has been produced synthetically. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Have they always been this cheap? There were far fewer sachets in the old packaging and they were more expensive, or am I remembering it wrong? And I mean vanilla sugar, not vanilla sugar.
Hi catwoman91, thanks for your question. Exactly, we changed this item last August and lowered the price. Previously there were 4 packets of 13 grams each - now there are 10 packets of 8 grams each. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

The vanillin sugar packaging has changed. Before, the content was 13gr with 2% vanillin. Now the sachet is 8gr. The vanillin concentration is no longer shown on the new packaging. So that I can continue to make my pastries, I'd like to know the concentration of vanillin in the new sachets, and whether I need to double the dose to get the same taste as before.
Hello laureric, and thank you for your request and your patience. Our new Pâtissier vanilla sugar contains 1.3% vanillin on average. Sincerely, your M-Infoline team
