Is the whipped cream firming agent guaranteed gluten-free?
Hello sweety67 Thank you for your question. The whipped cream starter does not contain any gluten-containing ingredients, nor is any carry-over to be expected. In the case of products without gluten-containing ingredients (according to the list of ingredients) and without a trace indication, it can be expected that no gluten is contained or that any content would be less than 10mg gliadin per 100g dry matter (or less than 20mg gluten per 100g dry matter).
